Edward captures images of beauty and yet distruction to Earth. It is interesting to look at an image and admire the beauty and then find out how toxic or destructive the medium actually is. I found most interesting the way he was able to find things that most of us have never seen and was able to get so close to them that it actually made such dark and sickening images look artistic. These also made me think about how much humans do consume and drain the Earth of live which is another good observation towards him as a photographer that his work makes you think and also realize that we should make a change.
